Every message is read by a person on the team, and we reply within five working days. If your message needs a decision, we tell you where it stands and what happens next. Organisations asking about support hear back with the questions we need answered to understand the work; mentors and partners hear back with a concrete next step.

Nothing you send is stored in a database. Your message is delivered to the Foundation's mailbox, you receive a confirmation by email, and the conversation continues there.
