Ask us anything.
Whether you qualify, how the review works, what happens after approval. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.
Applying for access? Use the application form instead, because it collects your registration certificate and reaches the review queue directly.
Prefer plain email? Write to admin@ctrunit.org. Unit Foundation is based in Accra, Ghana.
What to write about
Send it to the right place first time
One mailbox takes everything and a person reads all of it. What changes is how quickly we can help you, and that depends on what you put in the first message.
Applying for free access
Use the application form rather than email. It collects your registration certificate, which we have to see, and it reaches the review queue directly. Writing to us first only delays the same conversation.
A question about eligibility
Tell us where your organisation is registered and what it does, and we will tell you plainly whether you qualify before you spend time on an application. The eligibility page answers most of it already.
An application already in
Give us the name of the organisation exactly as you submitted it. A person reads every application in the order it arrives, and we can tell you where yours is.
An existing grant
Approved organisations keep the same mailbox for questions about their workspace, adding a colleague, or training for a new team member. Setup and training do not stop at handover.
Partnership or funding
NGO networks, universities, hubs and companies that want to carry the programs further should write with a line about what you have in mind. Support the Foundation lists the ways that already work.
Press
We answer questions about the programs, the numbers we publish and how the grant works, and we can supply the Foundation's mark and the facts behind any figure on this site.
How long we take
We usually reply within one working day, in English, from admin@ctrunit.org. Applications take longer than enquiries, because reading one properly means checking a registration and thinking about what the organisation actually needs set up. If a week passes with no reply, write again and say it is a second attempt: it means a message went astray, not that the answer is no.
Where we are
Unit Foundation is a nonprofit registered in Ghana with the Registrar-General's Department, Ghana, number CG048220726, and works from Accra, Ghana. The programs run remotely, so most of the work happens over the same channels you would reach us on.
Your data
An enquiry stays in the mailbox and nowhere else. We do not add you to a list, and you can ask us to delete anything you have sent: the data deletion page says how, and the privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
